PHI Code of Conduct
We operate in accordance with the Private Health Insurance Code of Conduct. This means we provide needs-based advice, disclose how we are paid, present comparisons fairly without favouring any fund, and give customers clear information before they purchase. We do not apply pressure tactics and we support your right to a cooling-off period.
Fund Distribution Agreements
We hold formal distribution agreements with the health funds we compare — authorising us to act as an intermediary between you and the fund.

Your personal information is protected under the Privacy Act 1988. We collect only what's needed to compare cover, and we never sell your data.
